This is the meanderings and thoughts of a person who struggles with mental health issues, chronic pain issues, is a birth mother, is the mother of three and a wife of more than 20 years. I am a domestic violence survivor, suffer from CPTSD, and spend a lot of time trying to get out of the house without being drugged to the gills. I have been the victim and I have been the hero. I will be talking about hard things. I will talk about silly things. I will talk about things that no one talks about out loud because it’s embarrassing or sad or hurtful. And while I haven’t had it the worst, it sure did suck in some of those places in there.

All thoughts are my own and I will not shy from naming names from my life. It happened to me, they were there and so, they will be spoken of and not protected. Rapists, abusers and compulsive liars will all be named. All writing is by me, for me and about me, with a copyright of 2024 - 2025.
